I think something might be wrong with my graphics settings, because when I right click on the desktop and select graphics properties, I get a intel graphics media box which has the primary device listed as a laptop, and I can't figure out how to change it. I tried downloading service pack 2, updating my drivers and attempting a system restore, but nothing has worked. Now when I click onto appearance settings, the appearance box is black and the color scheme box is blank. Somewhere along the line Vista Aero stopped working.

I'm running windows vista home premium 64 with directx10. I bought a new HP IQ524 touchscreen and transferred my laptop files to it.
